First Amendment and Media Practice Recognized by Chambers USA

For the fifth year in a row, Williams & Connolly’s First Amendment and Media practice was ranked in Band 1 by Chambers USA. Kevin Baine has long been recognized as one of the nation’s leading First Amendment and media litigation attorneys. He has represented many of the country’s major media organizations, as well as major universities, churches and others in cases raising issues of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, and freedom of religion. 

Robert Barnett has a diverse practice representing national and international corporations and individuals on a wide variety of matters. Steve Fuzesi serves as co-chair of the firm’s First Amendment and Media practice group. Nick Gamse has extensive experience in media and entertainment matters. Tom Hentoff serves as co-chair of Williams & Connolly’s Trademark and Copyright and First Amendment and Media practice groups. Joe Terry serves as co-chair of the firm’s First Amendment and Media practice group.
